Property Manager Needed for Real Estate Company in Linköping
We are currently looking for a self-driven property manager for one of our clients in Linköping. Our client is a larger real estate company with residential properties. We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a property manager with residential and commercial premises. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for three months.

About the Property Manager Position
As a Property Manager at our client, you will work with a focus on rental housing. The role involves being responsible for operations, maintenance, and property technology. You will be part of a team where everyone helps each other. You will drive projects of varying complexity, local conditions, and delivery time requirements, so it is important that you are flexible and solution-oriented. The role involves many different points of contact, and you will interact with colleagues, tenants, and external suppliers. It is essential to create and develop good relationships with the tenants.

Who Are We Looking For?
As a person, you are responsible, used to taking your own initiatives and driving them to completion. The work involves many varying tasks, so you must be structured and able to prioritize what is most important. You have good collaboration skills, are relationship-building, and enjoy having many contacts in your work. It is important that you enjoy meeting many different kinds of people.

We also wish that you have the following qualifications and experiences:

• Post-secondary education in property management or another relevant field
• Experience in managing residential properties and commercial premises
• Good experience working with property management systems
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Driver's license (B)
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
